Mi Planificador Dental grew out of treatment planning and patient communication at OG Center in Costa Rica. Your expertise stays at the center: you choose the findings, the treatments and the words your patient reads.
Can I try it without entering my card?
Yes. The interactive demo and English sample report are available without registration or a card. You can also create an account without starting a subscription. A card is required when you activate the monthly trial through Tilopay.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
The trial is for new monthly subscriptions. Your 7 days start when you confirm activation through Tilopay, not when you create an account. After the trial, your subscription automatically renews at US$45 per month until canceled. Cancel before the first charge to avoid payment. The annual plan does not include this trial.
How do I cancel or get subscription help?
Cancel before your next charge and keep your confirmation. For assistance, email hola@planificadordental.com from the email address associated with your account. Signing out or deleting your account does not replace canceling the subscription. Review the current service terms before activating.
Can I use it in English with my team?
Yes. Follow the English demo and registration links on this page. Reports are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and German. Add your practice logo and details, customize the catalog and explanations, and assign individual permissions to team members.
Does it replace my practice management software?
Its focus is visual treatment planning, explanation and presentation. It does not replace your scheduling, billing or clinical record systems, and no integration with your existing software is implied. Diagnosis, treatment decisions and review of every document remain the clinician’s responsibility.
What should a U.S. practice review before using patient data?
Start with the demo’s fictional cases. Before using identifiable patient information, review the privacy information and your practice’s data requirements. Contact our team about security, data processing and BAA availability for your U.S. practice.
Which tooth numbering is used in the examples?
The public sample report shown here uses FDI tooth numbering. Explore the live demo and confirm the charting configuration for your workflow before subscribing.
Can I use it on a phone or tablet?
Yes. The application adapts to smaller screens, and you can install a home-screen shortcut from your user portal on Android, iPhone or iPad. It requires an internet connection. A larger screen or landscape orientation may be more comfortable for charts and full reports.
Are AI smile simulations included in the subscription?
AI generation uses separately purchased tokens. Packages start at 10 tokens for US$15; each generated and saved simulation uses 1 token. Simulations support the discussion of possibilities and are illustrative, not a diagnosis or a guarantee of clinical results.
Can I download my reports and practice records?
You can generate PDF reports, export records as JSON from Clinic settings and download attachments separately. JPG, PNG and PDF uploads can be up to 15 MB each; reports delivered by email can be up to 5 MB. See the help center for the current workflow.
